"The St. Louis RCGA is a key organization to the prosperity of the entire St. Louis community. It provides opportunities for new and old companies in the St. Louis region to form relationships which can help them grow and prosper. Through our active membership in the RCGA Leadership Circle, we have prospered and grown almost threefold since coming to the St. Louis region in 2002. Thank you RCGA!"

“I just wanted to let you know that as a result of the RCGA Leadership Breakfast several weeks ago, I hired one of the people that another member suggested to me. I had been interviewing candidates for months and just could not find the right person. Thanks again. I also met a number of other wonderful members at the breakfast.”
Jim Rice
Vice President
Provident Counseling, Inc.
“The Fort Zumwalt School District has been a member of RCGA since 1987. During that time, I have grown to respect and appreciate the leadership that the RCGA has provided to the entire St. Louis region. In particular, I have been impressed with the initiatives the association has set in motion for growing more jobs for our area.
Also, the legislative liason relationship is outstanding. During the 2006 legislative session in Jefferson City, the RCGA spoke effectively for school districts in our region and played a part in the final funding formula crafted by the legislature. Our membership has been repaid many times by the positions the RCGA has taken over the years. I would strongly urge anyone considering membership in the RCGA to join and actively participate in their many activities.”

We believe in the St. Louis region and in our ability to reach out across communities to make a positive difference in the lives of our citizens. We believe that is a concept shared by the RCGA, and we are always interested in working with those of shared vision and goals."

“Led by Dick Fleming and his professional staff, the RCGA has headed many important initiatives that have contributed to economic and quality of life improvements in this region.
The RCGA continues to play an important role in effectively promoting the planning and funding of a new Mississippi River bridge. As an Illinois / Missouri business owner, I can appreciate the importance of the RCGA’s involvement in this regional project.

Thouvenot Wade and Moerchen Inc. has been a member of the Leadership Circle of the RCGA for approximately 2 years.
While TWM has been providing engineering and surveying services to the Metro East for almost 60 years, as we looked to expand our business to the Missouri side of the river, we recognized the importance of RCGA and the importance of being an active member.
We see RCGA as playing an integral part in uniting local business leaders who are proactive in supporting the vitality of the business community of the Greater St. Louis Area, and in making St. Louis a nationally recognized region for locating and growing a business.
RCGA understands that in order to maintain a healthy business environment, it is imperative to attract and retain a strong work force. The RCGA recognizes the need to be focused on quality of life issues and to promote those amenities within the community that help balance work and family life.
Thouvenot Wade and Moerchen is proud to be a member of the Leadership Circle of the RCGA.

“I have been involved with the RCGA for almost two years now and never realized the depth of the organization until I joined the board. It has afforded me the opportunity to meet some of the brightest business leaders in our community, and more importantly, has given me the chance to build back the relationship with these individuals that was threatened when we, American Airlines, made changes to our operation at Lambert. With the support and strength of these leaders, we have turned our operation into one of stability and viability for our region. I’m thrilled to be a part of the RCGA and grateful for the relationships that I have formed during the past two years.”
Rhonda Hamm-Niebruegge
Managing Director STL Hub

“I participate at both the RCGA Board and Leadership Circle level. Both have afforded the Crown Vision Centers growth opportunities by my networking with other members and being more in touch with area-wide issues and initiatives. We have also availed ourselves of the excellent facilities that the RCGA offers its members for meetings and other functions at their downtown St. Louis headquarters.”
