"Best Practices in Regional Economic Development" 2008 Series
2008 kicks off another exciting year in Greater St. Louis' economic development community, as we strengthen our Regional Economic Development Network. One of the ways we can come together as a team is to participate in the Leadership Institute's new "Best Practices in Regional Economic Development" series.
Six events will bring local economic developers face-to-face with some pressing issues presented by top leaders in the industry. This is a rare opportunity to get insight directly from people who have honed the "best practices" for cultivating regional growth.
Subject matter, not limited to, but will include: how to brand the region, effective regional economic development, study of a successful project and future trends in Economic Development.
Expect some frank discussions from experts with years of experience in the field. We believe these sessions are an exciting way for each of us to get an "insider's view" of what is the "best practices" are for our region.
We hope you'll join us for all six sessions. Have questions? Please contact Jim Alexander at 314-444-1135 or by email at jalexander@stlrcga.org.
